Does PAA work without internet?+
No. PAA must be connected to the internet to function. You can connect via WiFi, or via Ethernet for a more stable connection and large-data transfers (recommended for production use).
Can I run my own LLMs (Llama, Mistral, etc.)?+
Absolutely. PAA is an OpenAI-compatible API endpoint. Any small-to-mid model that runs on ARM Linux works β Phi-3, Llama 3 8B, Qwen 1.5B/4B, Gemma 2B, Mistral 7B (quantized), etc. For larger models, pair with a remote API endpoint.
How is this different from ChatGPT?+
ChatGPT sends your data to OpenAI's servers. PAA keeps everything on your device. No training on your data, no logging, no third-party access. For businesses handling sensitive information, this is the only compliant option.
What about support and warranty?+

In principle, we will help you resolve your issues. If the product has defects due to our hardware issue, we will accept returns in principle.
